Failures
If a computer fails to start or disappears mid-session, unsettled minutes are not charged. If you see a charge you think is wrong, write to us with the session id.
Plans
A plan is 30 days from your balance and does not renew automatically, so there is no surprise charge after it ends.
Violations
Suspension for breaking the terms is without refund.
Asking for a refund
Write to [email protected] with your account email and the reason. The final refund policy is published when card payment goes live.
