The picture is slow or blurry

  1. Check the latency (ms) in the toolbar; it is measured every few seconds between you and the server.
  2. Use “Quality”: pick “Saver” on weak networks or “High” for the sharpest text.
  3. On a phone, turn it to landscape; the desktop is 16:9.
  4. Pause heavy downloads on the same network.

Why did my session end?

  • Trial time up: the free trial has a fixed length.
  • Balance ran out: a paid session ends when the available balance is used up.
  • Room closed or class ended: the owner or teacher ending it ends the room’s computers.
  • The teacher ended your computer: a teacher can end a student’s computer in their class.

If a computer fails to start or disappears mid-session, unsettled minutes are not charged.

The computer does not open

  1. Refresh once; if the session is still running, the link reconnects you.
  2. Open the status page to see whether the service is up.
  3. Try another browser, and make sure your network does not block WebSocket.
